NRE created a technical university for Ocensa, training staff in OQ and HSE. The program includes theoretical and practical assessments, as well as e-learning courses. This project ensures a competent team and strengthens Ocensa’s operational excellence.
NRE built a web application so Ocensa employees and contractors can check qualifications via QR or direct access and download ID badges with their national ID. The tool, connected to the Uniocsa technical university, updates in real time. This project speeds up validation of staff competencies.
